An established industrial refrigeration contractor is looking to appoint a Lead Design & Proposals Engineer to support the delivery of complex industrial cooling projects across the UK. This is a senior technical role combining proposal development, system design and engineering support, with responsibility for projects from initial enquiry through to commissioning.
Working closely with clients, consultants and internal delivery teams, you will lead the technical bid process before progressing into detailed design, equipment selection and ongoing project support. The role is primarily focused on ammonia and CO₂ refrigeration systems within industrial and process cooling environments.
