A long-established precision engineering company is looking for an experienced CNC Turning Programmer & Setter to join its skilled manufacturing team on a permanent basis. The company has over 20 years’ experience supplying high-quality components and assemblies across sectors including science and medical, oil and gas, automotive and other precision-led industries.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC lathes, with Fanuc controls being essential. This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, working from engineering drawings and supporting production to ensure high‑quality output. This role would suit someone confident, proactive and experienced, who enjoys problem‑solving, working independently and contributing to a small, highly skilled team.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme, set and operate CNC turning machines
