This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic business, helping to ensure that premium fruit entering our packhouse and leaving as finished products consistently meets customer expectations, food safety requirements, and industry standards.

The Role

  • Work closely with multiple departments to ensure product quality, stock accuracy, traceability, and compliance throughout the supply chain.
  • Manage stock control.

  • Coordinate stock distribution.
  • Conduct raw material inspections and quality checks.
  • Investigate quality concerns and support corrective actions.
  • Verify compliance with customer specifications and food safety standards.
  • Support product sampling, shelf‑life management, and quality reporting.
  • Carry out routine verification checks on equipment.

You

  • Experience within a quality assurance or quality control role in the fresh produce or food sector.

  • A positive, 'can‑do' attitude and the confidence to challenge when quality standards are at risk.
  • Customer‑facing experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

Why Apply

  • Salary £37,900.
  • Discretionary annual bonus.
  • Private Medical.
  • Gain exposure across multiple areas of the business, from production and farming to commercial operations.
  • Work in a varied role where no two days are the same.
