We are currently recruiting for an experienced Lift Service Engineer to join a well‑established and growing lift engineering company covering London, Kent, and Essex. This is a field‑based role offering a competitive salary, strong earning potential through overtime, and the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of lift equipment.
The Role
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a range of passenger and goods lifts
- Attending breakdowns and fault finding on lift systems
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and company standards
- Managing your own service route across London, Kent, and Essex
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining client relationships
- Participating in a call‑out rota
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in lift servicing and maintenance
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently in a field‑based role
- Full UK driving licence
