Overview
In this role you will drive new business growth for a family-run company in the waste management and recycling sector. You will operate across the UK, nurturing key client relationships and tailoring recycling and collection solutions to client needs. You’ll steer the sales process from lead generation to contract win, collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service. This is a field-based opportunity with uncapped commission, offering autonomy, development, and a clear path to growth within a growing business.

Responsibilities
- Generate and win new business across the UK
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Visit customer sites and understand their requirements
- Provide tailored recycling and collection solutions
- Manage the sales process from lead generation through to contract win
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
Key requirements
- Experience in Business Development or Field Sales
- Proven track record of winning new business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Commercially driven and confident with customers
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Desirable: experience in Waste Management, Recycling, Scrap Metal or related industry
