European Operations Supervisor – Road Freight (Import & Export)

The Role
You'll play a key role in the day-to‑day supervision of a busy European road freight operation, overseeing start-to-finish import and export movements while supporting the Operations Manager in leading a successful team. This is a hands‑on position where you'll ensure operational efficiency, deliver exceptional customer service, and help drive continuous improvements across the department.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within European Road Freight operations
- Good knowledge of start-to-finish import and export processes
- Experience supervising or mentoring an operations team
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced logistics environment
