The role:
- Lead and manage the full European road freight operation, including import/export movements
- Oversee customs compliance processes, ensuring all regulations are met
- Manage costings, invoicing, and quotations to maintain commercial performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners across Europe
- Monitor and improve transport costs, delivery performance, and operational efficiency
- Plan routes, manifest shipments, and ensure smooth execution of all transport activities
- Analyse performance data and implement improvements based on KPIs
- Handle customer queries and resolve operational challenges effectively
