Airfreight Import Coordinator
Location: West London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
We’re supporting a well-established logistics business looking to add an experienced Airfreight Import Coordinator to their team.
The Role
You’ll manage end-to-end airfreight import shipments, acting as the key contact for customers and overseas partners. This is a fast-paced role with a strong focus on customer service, customs compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle airfreight imports from origin to delivery
- Provide shipment updates and resolve customer queries
- Liaise with overseas agents and internal teams
- Support invoicing, cost control, and quotations
- Coordinate customs clearance and documentation
Requirements
- Experience in airfreight imports (essential)
- Knowledge of customs processes and entries
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 25 with service)
