We’re recruiting an Air Freight Export Coordinator to join a successful and growing freight forwarding business in Crowthorne. The Role

  • Coordinating end-to-end air export shipments
  • Raising HAWBs and MAWBs
  • Liaising with airlines, overseas agents and customers
  • Providing excellent customer service and shipment updates
  • Supporting the courier operation with bookings and shipment monitoring

About You

  • 2+ years’ experience in air export freight forwarding
  • Good knowledge of UK export customs procedures
  • Experience with HAWBs and MAWBs
  • CargoWise experience is advantageous
  • Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
  • Customer-focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
