Air Export Coordinator
Salary: Up to £30,
Location: Feltham
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Air Export Coordinator to join our Feltham team. In this role, you will coordinate air export operations, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of consolidated shipments. You will work closely with branch offices, resolve operational issues, manage airline bookings, complete Air Waybills (AWBs), and process customs entries in line with industry best practice and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with internal branch offices and external partners to ensure on-time export shipments.
Manage airline space bookings and track shipment progress.
Prepare and check all export documentation, including MAWBs and HAWBs.
Complete customs entries and ensure full regulatory compliance
Resolve day-to-day operational issues and queries.
Maintain accurate records in the freight management system.
Requirements:
Previous experience in air exports or an air export gateway/consolidation role.
Strong knowledge of export procedures and freight forwarding operations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
