We are supporting an employee‑owned Contract Logistics & 3PL business in Manchester that is looking for a customer‑focused 3PL Operations Account Manager to join their close‑knit team. What You’ll Do
- Be the main point of contact for a set portfolio of 3PL client accounts
- Manage stock control, daily order fulfilment, and client operations
- Ensure SOPs and service expectations are met consistently
- Support commercial performance through upselling and client development
- Prepare accurate billing and monitor account activity
- Lead client onboarding with operations support
- Conduct regular client reviews and relationship building
- Highlight process improvements and collaborate on solutions
