We’re looking for an experienced Import Coordinator – Sea Freight to manage ocean import shipments end-to-end, delivering exceptional service while working with international partners and a diverse customer base.
The Role
- Manage FCL and LCL ocean imports from origin through to final delivery.
- Coordinate overseas agents, shipping lines, hauliers and customers.
- Arrange customs clearance, documentation and deliveries.
- Track shipments, resolve operational challenges and keep customers informed.
- Handle supplier invoices, customer billing and compliance requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 3 years’ ocean import experience within freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of import documentation, customs and end-to-end operations.
- Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a busy team.
