We’re working with a well-established and growing international freight business looking for a Business Development Manager to join its Manchester operation.

- £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary, depending on experience

- Initially 2 days per week in the Manchester office

About you
- Proven Air & Sea freight forwardingexperience
- Strong new business / freight sales background
- Genuine hunter mentality and commercial drive
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Motivated by winning new business and building long-term relationships
- Operations professionals who have successfully moved into sales are encouraged to apply
Road-only freight experience will not be suitable.
This is an ideal opportunity for a driven BDM who wants to build something of their own, have genuine autonomy and be heavily rewarded for performance.
