Salary: £38,000 to £39,000 plus benefits

Join a fast paced, high volume distribution operation as an experienced Transport Planner with strong Paragon experience.
THE ROLE
- Plan and optimise routes using Paragon
- Maximise fleet utilisation and transport efficiency
- Monitor performance and resolve operational issues
- Work closely with drivers, warehouses and transport teams
- Support continuous improvement and compliance
ABOUT YOU
- Experienced Transport Planner within logistics or distribution
- Strong Paragon experience is essential
- Confident working in a fast paced environment
- Strong organisational, problem solving and communication skills
