The Role

  • Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Working live roles with existing clients to hit the ground running
  • Interviewing and qualifying candidates via telephone
  • Proactively marketing candidates to employers
  • Writing job adverts and screening applications
  • Building and owning your own client portfolio
  • Working to clear sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-led environment
