The Role
- Win new business across domestic and international road freight.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and develop major accounts.
- Identify opportunities, negotiate rates and close profitable deals.
- Develop tailored transport solutions alongside internal operations teams.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve commercial targets.
What We\u2019re Looking For
- Proven BDM experience within road freight or European road transport.
- A strong hunter mentality with a track record of winning new customers.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- The drive to work autonomously and deliver results.
