Electrical Design Manager
A background in industrial or building services electrical design is required. Visa sponsorship is not possible.
We invite applications from Senior Design Engineer (ready for step up), Lead Electrical Engineer, Electrical Design Manager.
Package
Salary £60K – £70K, 25 days holiday, pension
The Role
- Lead a small team of electrical design engineers, mentoring, delegating, technical support
- Electrical design of LV electrical layout requirements for multiple simultaneous data centre and HVAC projects
- Equipment selections and design calculations
- Attend meetings with customers
- Assist with project planning
- Maintenance of relevant regulatory/legislative compliance
- Specification of compliant parts and practices
Flexible working hours
You
- An experienced Electrical Design Engineer Manager, Senior Electrical Engineer
- Previous experience in senior / leadership role, ready for step up
- 18th Edition qualified
- Electrical Design skills are essential
- HNC or degree in Electrical Engineering
- AutoCAD experience/qualification
- Amtech design calculation software experience is preferable
- Driving licence
