In this role, you’ll take ownership of design analysis – from detailed hand calculations to FE analysis – ensuring designs are safe, efficient, and fit for purpose. You’ll work closely with multi‑disciplinary teams, influence early‑stage designs, and mentor junior engineers to build analytical excellence across the business.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in structural or stress analysis, ideally within a regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of BS EN 13001, BS 2573, Eurocode 3, and familiarity with FE tools (ANSYS, ABAQUS, or NASTRAN).
- A degree or HNC/HND in an engineering discipline (Chartered Engineer preferred).
- A practical, collaborative approach and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
