The Role
We’re looking for a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to lead a team of 20 colleagues in our fast‑paced food picking warehouse. You’ll drive performance, ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time, and maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and service.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to hit KPIs
- Plan and allocate resources effectively
- Promote a strong customer service and continuous improvement culture
