Air Export Supervisor

We are recruiting an experienced Export Supervisor to manage a busy export hub for an established international freight forwarder. This is a hands‑on position overseeing the team while managing air, ocean and road exports from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily export operations and support the forwarding team
- Manage air, ocean and road shipments from booking through delivery
- Ensure customs, dangerous goods and ISO procedures are followed
- Liaise with customers, carriers, hauliers and overseas partners
- Monitor documentation, service levels, costs and file profitability
Requirements
- Strong multimodal export freight forwarding experience
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Dangerous Goods training is essential
- Good knowledge of export customs procedures and documentation
- Commercially aware with strong customer-service and organisational skills
