From You?
- Minimum 3 yearsβ experience in sea freight export operations (LCL or FCL essential)
- Prior experience working within a UK freight forwarder
- Strong understanding of end-to-end export processes and documentation
- Experience with Cargowise is desirable (but not essential)
- Quoting experience viewed favourably
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Job Role:
- Manage LCL and FCL sea export shipments from origin to destination
- Liaise with clients, overseas agents, and shipping lines to coordinate transport and documentation
- Organise collections, produce export documentation, and arrange export customs clearance
- Ensure accurate file costing, billing, and operational compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the export process
