Location: Feltham, Heathrow
Salary: Up to £35,000
Hybrid working available

An established and growing freight forwarding business is looking for an experienced Ocean Export Coordinator to join its team in Feltham, near Heathrow.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, professional operation offering hybrid working, a competitive salary and a bonus scheme. You will manage ocean export shipments from start to finish, working closely with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents and internal departments.

The role:

• Managing ocean export shipments from booking through to final delivery

• Handling both FCL and LCL movements

• Preparing and checking export documentation

• Completing shipping instructions and bills of lading

• Liaising with customers, shipping lines, hauliers and overseas agents

• Arranging collections and monitoring shipments

• Providing customers with regular shipment updates

• Producing quotations and checking supplier costs

• Completing invoicing and ensuring files are accurate and profitable

• Resolving operational issues quickly and professionally

• Maintaining accurate records within the company’s freight management system

What we are looking for:

• Previous ocean freight export experience is essential

• A good understanding of end-to-end export procedures

• Experience handling FCL and LCL shipments

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Good attention to detail and organisation

• Confidence managing multiple shipments and deadlines

• The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
