An established logistics operation is recruiting two Warehouse Managers to join a fast-paced distribution site in Leicestershire. There are two positions available, with one role covering day shifts and one role covering night shifts. Both roles offer the opportunity to lead warehouse operations, manage teams, and drive performance within a high-volume logistics environment.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be accountable for the effective management of warehouse operations during your assigned shift, ensuring safety, quality, and performance targets are consistently achieved. You will lead operational delivery through KPIs while supporting continuous improvement across people and processes.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing and developing warehouse teams and supervisors
- Driving operational performance against agreed KPIs
- Ensuring full compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental standards
- Leading all Health, Safety & Environmental activities on shift, including incident investigation and corrective actions
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes
