Are you an experienced Range Manager, Range Analyst or Category professional looking for your next challenge? We're looking for a commercially minded Range Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end range review process within a major wholesale business. You'll be the central point of coordination between Buying, Category, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial and Depot teams, ensuring range changes are delivered smoothly, on time and with clear commercial and customer benefits.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead annual and periodic range reviews across key categories.
  • Work closely with Buying and Category teams to develop range strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver product introductions and delistings.
  • Manage timelines, implementation plans, risks and key milestones.
  • Ensure depots and operational teams are fully prepared for range changes.
  • Analyse customer, sales and category data to support decision-making.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive successful outcomes.

What we're looking for:

You'll ideally have experience in range management, assortment planning or category management within wholesale, retail, convenience or FMCG. You'll bring:
