Shift Pattern

This role operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern:

  • Week 1: Monday‑Friday | 08:00‑16:30
  • Week 2: Monday‑Friday | 12:00‑20:30
  • Week 3: Monday‑Friday | 15:45‑00:15
  • Sunday working: One Sunday every 4 weeks (08:00‑16:30) with a rest day during the week
About the Role

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of shift operations, ensuring safety, quality, and performance targets are achieved. You will drive operational performance through KPIs, lead, motivate, and develop your team while continuously improving processes and customer outcomes. Lead all Health, Safety & Environmental activities on shift, including incident investigation and corrective actions.
