Operations Coordinator - Dartford
Location: Dartford, Kent
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
I’m recruiting for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join a growing freight forwarding operation in Dartford.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone with a broad multimodal freight background who is comfortable managing a busy customer base and handling shipments across Air, Sea and Road Freight.
The Role
- Managing Air, Sea and Road shipments
- Handling both Imports and Exports
- Managing multiple customers and shipments at once
- Preparing quotations and rate enquiries
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, carriers and overseas agents
- Coordinating bookings, documentation and shipment updates
- Resolving operational issues and maintaining a high level of service
About You
We’re looking for someone with strong freight forwarding experience across multiple modes, who is commercially aware, confident dealing with customers and suppliers, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
