We are currently seeking a Customs Coordinator to join our growing team based in Coleshill. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of customs processes who thrives in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As a Customs Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing import customs entries, ensuring all documentation is compliant with legal and HMRC standards, and communicating effectively with clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate import customs entries for EU and non-EU shipments

Create and manage import operational files

Liaise with internal teams and clients on customs clearance, documentation, and procedures

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs legislation and systems (e.g., CW1)
