We are recruiting a Regional Service Manager on behalf of a global engineering organisation operating within the materials handling sector. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for regional service delivery, team performance, and service revenue growth.

The Role

  • Lead a regional service team, ensuring high levels of safety, customer satisfaction, and contractual performance.
  • Drive service growth through maintenance contracts, upgrades, refurbishments, and digital service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive service revenue growth and margin performance.
  • Manage maintenance contracts, SLAs, and service pipelines.
