A well-established commercial HVAC manufacturer is looking for an Area Sales Manager to develop sales across London and the South East. The role will focus on project-led commercial ventilation and air movement products, including air handling units and associated HVAC equipment, with a strong emphasis on M&E consultants and mechanical contractors. You will develop specifications, identify upcoming projects, build relationships with key accounts and follow opportunities through from early design stage to order.

Requirements

• Sales experience within commercial HVAC, ventilation or air movement
• Experience selling to M&E consultants and mechanical contractors
• Background in AHUs, fans, air distribution or similar commercial HVAC products
• Good understanding of specification-led and project-based sales
• Able to develop new business while managing existing accounts
• Strong commercial and technical understanding of HVAC applications
• Established relationships across London and the South East advantageous

Package

• £50,000-£60,000 basic salary
