Our client is seeking an experienced
Support & Services Manager to act as the key interface between operational teams, customers, and aviation service providers.
This is a senior role focused on supplier performance, air safety assurance, operational risk management, and continuous improvement across a complex aviation training environment.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring service providers deliver against contractual obligations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, operational performance, and stakeholder engagement.
- Safety & Assurance
- Provide independent oversight and assurance of aviation operations across customers, suppliers, and contractual stakeholders.
- Monitor airworthiness matters, including regulatory directives, occurrence reporting, audit findings, and associated safety actions.
- Ensure significant safety risks and operational concerns are identified, reported, and effectively mitigated.
- Participate in safety forums and stakeholder meetings, supporting robust decision-making and risk management.
- Maintain visibility of supplier safety performance and operational compliance.
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to promote trust, transparency, and an enterprise culture.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all matters relating to aircraft service providers.
- Provide clear and consistent technical communication to customers and stakeholders.

- Experience in customer and supplier relationship management within complex operational organisations.
- Proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders and build trusted working relationships.
- Experience in operational, fleet, production, or maintenance planning environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions based on risk and data.
- Technical Knowledge
- Good understanding of Air Safety Management Systems and risk management principles.
