White Raven Resourcing Ltd is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a recognised leader across multiple areas of insurance solutions, who are continuing to grow their specialist partnerships function. We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Development Manager to develop and grow existing broker relationships, ensuring strong commercial outcomes while maintaining full compliance with FCA regulatory requirements.
The Role
Based in the client’s Cheadle offices three days per week (with two days working remotely), you will play a key role in strengthening broker partnerships and maximising account performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing relationships with existing insurance brokers and partners
- Identifying growth opportunities within current accounts and driving increased engagement
- Acting as a trusted point of contact, delivering excellent service and commercial insight
- Ensuring all activity is compliant with FCA regulations and internal governance frameworks
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative, customer-focused insurance solutions
- Supporting the delivery of good customer outcomes in line with regulatory expectations
Requirements About You
- Proven experience in partnership management, account management, or business development within the insurance sector
- Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
- Confident communicator with the ability to build long-term, value-driven relationships
- Commercially minded with a focus on sustainable growth rather than transactional sales
