Our client is looking for a confident and consultative Business Development Manager to expand their presence across Luton and surrounding areas , working with SME clients (30+ employees) to deliver tailored employment law and health & safety solutions that truly make a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Representing a trusted brand in a face-to-face, consultative sales role
· Covering a defined territory, supported by an internal telesales team who help book qualified appointments
· Proactively generating leads and building strong networks in your region
· Engaging with business owners, directors, and HR professionals to present high-value service offerings
· Closing new business and hitting performance targets in a supportive, team-focused culture
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
· 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling professional or outsourced services
· Proven success in building relationships with senior stakeholders (business owners, boards, HR teams)
· Confidence in face-to-face selling and a consultative approach to solving business problems
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing your own pipeline and territory
