White Rabbit is a gluten-free, Italian-inspired brand delivering high-quality dishes. We’re growing rapidly with a new range, re-brand, and investment in bakery equipment. We value agility, pride, and leadership, and seek a Commercial Manager to contribute to our ambitious growth plans.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the largest proportion of White Rabbit revenue and work with our most strategic customers.
- Report directly to the Head of Sales and collaborate with team members and customers to deliver growth through share-winning plans.
- Line manage and develop the Commercial Executive.
- Own the numbers: full P/L management of key grocery accounts, including promotional and trade spend, with budgets and KPIs to be delivered.
- Act as a customer champion: manage relationships with key decision makers, understand needs, develop strategic plans, and unlock sales growth.
- Demonstrate commercial savviness: understand how to grow the business profitably and engage in JBP negotiations.
- Deliver new business through engaging sales activities that leverage White Rabbit’s strengths and our role for customers and gluten-free consumers.
- Think strategically: develop plans that fit within the broader White Rabbit business strategy.
- Collaborate within multi-functional teams including supply chain, category, brand, and innovation.
- Coach and develop the Commercial Executive to improve sales performance.

Location, salary and benefits:
- Location: Hammersmith-based role (2–3 days on-site per week).
- Salary: Competitive salary plus bonus.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced challenger brand or FMCG environment.
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding business results and exceeding targets.
- Ability to negotiate commercially on JBPs, promotional plans, and NPD listings with top 4 grocery retailers.
- Clear ability to develop strategic customer plans and build strong internal and external relationships.
- Strong data presentation skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective time management and prioritisation to balance growing existing customers with winning new business.
- Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrates a passion for continuous improvement and a growth mindset.
- Team player with collaborative mindset and experience in line management.
- Evidence of leadership in business or personal life.
