We’re looking for a content‑obsessed, social‑native creator to join the UK’s #1 gluten‑free pizza brand. As Content Marketing Executive, you’ll work side by side with our Brand & Marketing Manager, gaining hands-on experience across the marketing mix with a strong focus on content creation, socials, influencer partnerships and community management. You’ll have the freedom to be creative, test ideas, and learn fast, with endless opportunities to grow and carve out a career for yourself.
Own our organic social media channels end-to-end – bring the brand to life across Instagram (our hero channel), TikTok, LinkedIn & Facebook. This will include everything from trend monitoring to killer content strategy and creation, curating our social calendar and reporting on what’s working so we can keep levelling up. Socials will be yours to bring bold ideas and creativity to the table, building brand awareness & love.
Be the voice of the brand as our community manager - you’ll be the key touchpoint between the brand and the people who buy our products. From comments and stories to DMs, you’ll provide an experience that reflects our values and mission.
Take charge of our influencer strategy – scout and nurture talent that genuinely fits the brand, building relationships with nano to macro creators & running gifting and paid campaigns that reach new audiences. You’ll reflect on what delivered, what didn’t, and use those insights to make every campaign sharper.
Own KPIs & budgets across your areas - giving you the chance to grow as a budget owner, understand the monthly financial cycle and track ROI on your campaigns. You’ll see exactly how your ideas are delivering for White Rabbit!
Additional responsibilities include:
- Get on the ground with our target audience – help to plan and deliver our event calendar, from community events (we exhibit at around six a year) to our own events (think run clubs to full‑blown parties). You’ll bring your creative eye to how we show up, and your negotiation and organisation skills to managing suppliers and partners.
- Lead on our merch strategy - from spotting the next drop to pitching designs, negotiating with suppliers and ensuring every item (caps, bottles, fleeces and more) feels true to the brand.
You’ll be doing this in a great office based in Hammersmith (with two resident office dogs if that’s your vibe!). We’re typically in the office 3 days a week & WFH the other 2. We also go to our dedicated gluten-free bakery in Oxfordshire at least once a month.
Things we’re looking for:
- A creative thinker – an ideas person who is willing to test and learn, and who is all over the latest TikTok trend or viral marketing campaign.
- A born content creator with proven examples you’re proud of – we’re on the hunt for someone who has a keen eye for what stands out on the grid and can edit together polished video content that will resonate with our target audience.
- A communicator – someone who can use both words and visuals to tell a strong and compelling story across multiple touchpoints.
- A people person – you will be nurturing lots of internal and external relationships, so we’re looking for someone who is energised by this and who values relationship building and working in a team environment.
Start date: we’re looking for someone to join as soon as possible, but we’re open to some flexibility for the right person.
