Senior Waiter – Garden House, Graduate Cambridge – White Rabbit Projects

About the Role

At White Rabbit Projects we create hospitality experiences built on warm service, seasonal food, and beautiful spaces. Located at the signature Garden House restaurant within the Graduate Cambridge by Hilton we showcase local produce and relaxed dining in a riverside setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead your section confidently during service
• Guide guests through the menu with knowledge and enthusiasm
• Take orders, serve dishes and drinks, and ensure a smooth dining experience
• Support junior team members through coaching and encouragement
• Work closely with the restaurant leadership team to deliver high standards
• Manage guest feedback with professionalism and care
• Help maintain organisation and service preparation across the FOH team

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Waiter or strong Waiter in a quality‑focused hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and guest‑service skills
• Confidence managing a section independently during busy service
• A calm, positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
• Team‑player mindset with a desire to support and grow others
