We’re now looking for a confident and hands‑on Restaurant Supervisor to support the leadership team, drive service standards, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. What Will You Be Doing?

  • Supervising the front‑of‑house team during service
  • Supporting restaurant management with daily operations
  • Ensuring service runs smoothly, efficiently, and to brand standards
  • Training, mentoring, and supporting team members to build confidence and capability
  • Managing guest feedback and resolving service challenges professionally
  • Supporting reservations management, section planning, and floor organisation
  • Assisting with stock control, cash handling, and service preparation
  • Helping to maintain a positive, motivated team culture

What Do You Need?

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Team Leader, or strong Senior Waiter/Waitress
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong service knowledge and confidence managing busy shifts
  • Ability to remain calm, organised, and professional under pressure
  • Passion for hospitality, people development, and guest experience
