What Will You Be Doing?
- Supervising the front‑of‑house team during service
- Supporting restaurant management with daily operations
- Ensuring service runs smoothly, efficiently, and to brand standards
- Training, mentoring, and supporting team members to build confidence and capability
- Managing guest feedback and resolving service challenges professionally
- Supporting reservations management, section planning, and floor organisation
- Assisting with stock control, cash handling, and service preparation
- Helping to maintain a positive, motivated team culture
What Do You Need?
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Team Leader, or strong Senior Waiter/Waitress
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong service knowledge and confidence managing busy shifts
- Ability to remain calm, organised, and professional under pressure
- Passion for hospitality, people development, and guest experience
