Join White Rabbit Projects as Restaurant Manager – Lead the Team at 18, St Andrews. At White Rabbit Projects, we create bold, people-led hospitality experiences that bring together outstanding food, stylish settings, and polished service. 18, located within the Rusacks St Andrews hotel, is a modern Scottish restaurant and rooftop bar with breathtaking views over the Old Course and West Sands. We’re now looking for a confident, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in this iconic venue. What Will You Be Doing?

  • Leading the day-to-day operations of 18 restaurant and rooftop bar
  • Managing, motivating, and developing the front-of-house team
  • Driving high standards of guest service and ensuring brand consistency
  • Overseeing reservations, guest relations, and smooth service execution
  • Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless experiences
  • Monitoring budgets, labour, and KPIs to support commercial success
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
  • Handling guest feedback with professionalism and care

What Do You Need?

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a quality-led environment
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication and people management abilities
  • Commercial awareness and confidence working with budgets and KPIs
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable guest experiences
