We’re now looking for a confident, commercially minded Bars Manager to lead the bar operations, inspire the team, and elevate the drinks experience across the property.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Leading day‑to‑day bar operations across The Randolph
- Managing, mentoring, and developing the bar team
- Driving cocktail quality, presentation, and service standards
- Managing stock control, ordering, and cost performance
- Creating seasonal cocktail menus and supporting drinks innovation
- Monitoring labour, rota planning, and performance KPIs
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards
- Working closely with senior leadership to grow revenue and guest satisfaction
What Do You Need?
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or strong Assistant Bar Manager in a quality‑led venue
- Excellent cocktail, spirits, and wine knowledge
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of cost control
- Confident leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
- Calm, organised approach in a busy service environment
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
