At the Graduate Cambridge by Hilton, our restaurant, bar, terrace, and event spaces rely on smooth operations behind the scenes. We’re now looking for a reliable, hard-working Kitchen Porter to support our chefs and ensure the kitchen runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. What Will You Be Doing?

  • Washing and organising crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans quickly and efficiently
  • Keeping kitchen and back-of-house areas clean, safe, and well-organised
  • Assisting chefs with basic food prep and deliveries when needed
  • Supporting stock rotation, labelling, and organisation
  • Ensuring waste is managed responsibly and recycling processes are followed
  • Working closely with the team to ensure smooth service across all shifts

What Do You Need?

  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a back-of-house role is helpful but not essential
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
  • Awareness of kitchen hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
