At White Rabbit Projects, we believe every great dining experience begins with a warm welcome. The Alice, the signature restaurant within The Randolph Hotel, Oxford, combines British classics with modern flair in an elegant and relaxed setting. We’re now looking for a friendly, organised, and polished Host to be the first point of contact for our guests — ensuring every visit begins and ends with exceptional hospitality.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Greeting and seating guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
- Managing reservations and walk‑ins using the booking system.
- Coordinating with the management and floor teams to maintain smooth guest flow.
- Handling guest enquiries, calls, and special requests.
- Assisting with menu knowledge and providing recommendations when needed.
- Supporting the front‑of‑house team to ensure exceptional service throughout each shift.
- Maintaining a calm and organised presence at the front desk, even during busy service times.
What Do You Need?
- Previous experience in a host, reception, or guest‑facing role (hospitality preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A professional appearance and calm approach under pressure.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
