At the Graduate Cambridge by Hilton, our riverside hotel features a stylish bar, terrace, and event spaces where guests can enjoy expertly crafted cocktails, premium wines, beers, and spirits.
We’re now looking for a guest-focused Bartender to join our team and deliver drinks and service with flair, consistency, and professionalism.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, beers, and wines to brand standards
- Engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Managing bar prep, garnishes, and stock rotation ahead of service
- Keeping the bar area clean, organized, and well-presented
- Handling payments and operating tills accurately
- Supporting the FOH team to ensure smooth service across the restaurant and events
- Following licensing laws, health, and safety standards at all times
What Do You Need?
- Previous bartending experience in a quality-led bar, restaurant, or hotel
- Knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits, with a willingness to learn more
- Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and organized during busy shifts
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
