As our Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service and an outstanding guest experience. You will support the Restaurant General Manager in leading the team, driving operational success, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example to create a warm, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere for guests and team members alike.
  • Support the Restaurant General Manager in upholding operational excellence, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, and maintaining financial accountability.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth execution of service, exceptional food and beverage quality, and high guest satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences, optimize efficiency, and drive business growth through innovation and creative problem-solving.
