Position: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager – White Rabbit Projects – Rusacks, St Andrews, Scotland.

Pay Range: OTE salary of £50,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager with daily venue operations
  • Leading and motivating the front‑of‑house team during service across restaurants, bars, and events
  • Ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and pace
  • Training, coaching, and developing team members to grow skills and confidence
  • Managing guest enquiries and feedback with professionalism and care
  • Supporting rota planning, labour control, stock management, and admin tasks
  • Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service

Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a quality‑led hospitality venue
  • Strong leadership presence, communication abilities, and a hands‑on approach
  • Ability to stay calm, organised, and positive during busy service
  • A genuine passion for people, hospitality, and guest experience
  • Confidence managing standards, staffing, and daily operations
