Position: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager – White Rabbit Projects – Rusacks, St Andrews, Scotland.
Pay Range: OTE salary of £50,000 per annum.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager with daily venue operations
- Leading and motivating the front‑of‑house team during service across restaurants, bars, and events
- Ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and pace
- Training, coaching, and developing team members to grow skills and confidence
- Managing guest enquiries and feedback with professionalism and care
- Supporting rota planning, labour control, stock management, and admin tasks
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a quality‑led hospitality venue
- Strong leadership presence, communication abilities, and a hands‑on approach
- Ability to stay calm, organised, and positive during busy service
