We’re now looking for an inspiring Area Operations Manager to oversee Food & Beverage operations across our three Marine & Lawn and Graduate properties in Oxford, Cambridge, and Rusacks St Andrews. This is a strategic and hands‑on role where you will lead teams, deliver operational excellence, strengthen guest experience, and build a world‑class service culture across multiple sites. What Will You Be Doing?

  • Lead, develop, and motivate multi‑site F&B teams, building a strong hospitality culture across all properties.
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring consistent standards, efficient processes, and effective financial performance.
  • Oversee service quality, guest experience, and front‑of‑house operations to deliver memorable, brand‑led moments.
  • Partner with culinary, procurement, and onsite leadership teams to maintain menu quality, innovation, and cost control.
  • Implement structured training, SOPs, and development programmes to strengthen capability and consistency across sites.
