White Rabbit was founded on the belief that no one should have to compromise on good food. With an Italian chef as a co‑founder, we’ve used traditional family recipes and the very best ingredients to create gluten‑free dishes inspired by Italian classics. We’ve even built our very own gluten‑free bakery to deliver on our promise. Whilst pizza is our heartland, we’ve also dedicated ourselves to perfecting the beloved Italian‑inspired dishes that you were missing, like focaccia, pasta and desserts. As we’ve expanded the range of food we make, we’ve remained true to our ambition to craft delicious, high‑quality food that everyone is proud to eat. Our growth has always been driven for and by you, our consumer.

It’s an incredibly exciting time at White Rabbit! We’re growing 4x faster than gluten‑free meal solutions in the market and we’ve just re‑launched. With a new & improved range, brand refresh and our latest investment into custom‑built equipment at our bakery, we’re truly challenging what it means to be gluten‑free. We have ambitious growth plans across the next few years, and our core behaviours - Be Agile, Be Proud, Be a Leader - are at the heart of that. So, if you’re looking to learn in a fast paced environment with plenty of responsibility, then we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the P/L for our supply chain and manage the end‑to‑end processes for packaging, components and finished goods across UK and Europe, delivering in line with budget.
  • Build strong partnerships with logistics, warehousing, suppliers, and customers ensuring performance against ambitious KPIs.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, innovation and procurement, to land cross‑functional projects and launches on time in market.
  • Proactively manage inventory, stockholding, lead times, and supply risks, being aware of cash flow impact.
  • Lead and develop a Supply Chain team of 3, building capability and growing talent.

You’ll be doing this across our office based on Hammersmith, our dedicated gluten‑free bakery in Oxfordshire.

What we are looking for:

  • Extensive experience in supply chain management, ideally within FMCG, chilled & frozen food.
  • Strong knowledge of demand and supply planning, as well as raw materials vendor scheduling and cash management.
  • Proven track record of building supplier and customer relationships that drive efficiency and value.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to develop and mentor a team.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, analytical skills, and project management capability.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to innovate, streamline, and deliver better outcomes.

Be part of our next growth chapter - we’re already the UK’s #1 gluten‑free pizza brand and just getting started. Join an experienced, passionate team making gluten‑free food more accessible every day.

Enjoy great benefits: competitive salary, bonus, pension, 25 days holiday plus your birthday off, volunteering days, socials, free snacks, coffee, onsite gym and more. Gain valuable experience with real opportunities to grow and progress.
