What you’ll be doing:
- Own the P/L for our supply chain and manage the end‑to‑end processes for packaging, components and finished goods across UK and Europe, delivering in line with budget.
- Build strong partnerships with logistics, warehousing, suppliers, and customers ensuring performance against ambitious KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, innovation and procurement, to land cross‑functional projects and launches on time in market.
- Proactively manage inventory, stockholding, lead times, and supply risks, being aware of cash flow impact.
- Lead and develop a Supply Chain team of 3, building capability and growing talent.
You’ll be doing this across our office based on Hammersmith, our dedicated gluten‑free bakery in Oxfordshire.
What we are looking for:
- Extensive experience in supply chain management, ideally within FMCG, chilled & frozen food.
- Strong knowledge of demand and supply planning, as well as raw materials vendor scheduling and cash management.
- Proven track record of building supplier and customer relationships that drive efficiency and value.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to develop and mentor a team.
- Excellent commercial acumen, analytical skills, and project management capability.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to innovate, streamline, and deliver better outcomes.
