White Oak are recruiting for a full-time receptionist, joining our Business Support team. You will be the face of our HQ in Chester. The Chester office is a busy place to work and on reception no day is ever the same.

Description of role and key responsibilities:

  • To effectively handle inbound Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to organise, prioritise workload and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills in all forms.
