Your role:

  • Lead daily operations and the team to deliver exceptional service and smooth running of the Club.
  • Lead, coach and motivate team members across all areas.
  • Solve operational issues with confidence and calm.
  • Oversee staffing, service levels and team communication.
  • Monitor key metrics (wages, stock, wastage).
  • Drive service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Our ideal candidate:

  • 12+ months’ experience leading teams in hospitality (gaming essential).
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills.
  • Calm, professional leadership style with a hands-on approach.
  • Digital skills (MS Office, industry systems).
  • Knowledge of club operations and compliance.
  • Current RSA, RCG and ARCG (required), First Aid (preferred).
  • Availability across rotating roster (6.30am–4am).
