White Mulberries is a family of three specialty coffee and brunch cafés. We are looking for an experienced Café Manager to lead our team at our vibrant St Katharine Docks location, next to Tower Bridge.
About You
- Experience: Minimum 12 months in a managerial role within hospitality.
- Coffee expertise: Confident, skilled barista with the ability to train and develop team members to high standards.
- Qualifications: Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate and a strong understanding of food safety and allergy management.
- Leadership: Calm, confident, and organised, with experience conducting interviews and training staff effectively.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
