This is a part-time, temporary, on-campus position at Manchester Community College. Available 5/11/26 - 8/27/26.
Scope of Work
To provide support services for the IT Department. This position shall report to the Director of Academic and Administrative Computing and will be located at MCC.
Accountabilities
- Assists students having trouble accessing SIS, Canvas and their student email accounts.
- Provides basic desktop support to students, faculty and staff.
- Works with IT department staff to complete daily tasks and projects.
- Complies with all system, college, state and federal rules and regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Completion of high school or its equivalent.
Experience: None required.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to learn assigned administrative tasks readily and to adhere to prescribed departmental procedures.
